At Indalco, quality is maintained through several processes. We test our products to ensure that exact standards are met using sophisticated measurement and testing instruments. These allow us to measure and guarantee the quality of our products.

Our Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), is a sophisticated electronic microscope that allows unhindered verification of welding wire surface quality at several hundred times magnification. With the SEM, we are able to verify wire surface quality and cleanliness quickly and definitively.

We not only examine the wire, we actually weld with it. This allows us to quantitatively measure the weldability of our products to verify they meet ours and your exacting standards.

Our arc welding and feedability test measures, several hundred times per second, the arc voltage, number of short circuit events, and feeding force, all of which provide an accurate picture of arc stability and feedability. This enables us to ensure that every batch of product we produce is of exceptional strength and quality.
