Indalco employs two automated tilting furnaces to produce aluminum alloys and guarantee premium performance. Our continuous casting process allows us to hold very tight tolerances in the chemical composition of the alloys and allows for customization and optimization for specialized requirements. The alloy is then carefully refined to minimize hydrogen, alkaline metals and inclusions.

We utilize a number of proprietary technologies during the wire drawing process to deliver the cleanest and smoothest wire available. To fulfill our commitment to produce only the best quality welding wire, we triple-shave our wire to remove its outer skin and ensure a smooth surface. This smooth surface ensures premium feedability to maximize productivity
and reduce downtime. We also employ a proprietary
chemical cleaning process that ensures extremely
clean wire, eliminating wire as a source of
weld porosity.
